    Shanghai Forest Manor Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.(hereafter referred to as “The Company”) adheres to the management system of “institutionalization, standardization and specialization” (ISS), and implement company management meticulously, seriously, and carefully on the basis of ISS management system to promote and accelerate company development, so that the company has made great improvement and considerable progress in terms of corporate culture, brand identity, and team building. The Company has stepped into a scientific, reasonable and effective track of management and is becoming more and more prosperous.

    ISS is an important management system summarized according to the experience of company development for years. The Company regards ISS as the guiding management principle, and implements management practice upon projects, employees, and systems from all directions and angles.

The core essence of ISS is reflected in the following four aspects:

· ISS concept is implemented with project development and management as the focus, and requires the five specialized teams of the company to effectively and comprehensively implement their respective tracking system which they shall follow.
