| Forest Manor covers an area of 1261 Mu (84 hectares) and is composed of four blocks. |
The first block is the Shanghai Racquet Club and Apartments jointly developed by our company and ING International Real Estate Company. This block covers an area of 258 Mu (17.2 hectares) and was put into operation in October, 2001. Currently its mature atmosphere of international life has been recognized and favored by many overseas residents.
The second block is Forest Manor’s independent villa zone, covering 800 Mu (53 hectares), located to the west of Jinfeng Road, developed in three phases, and composed of 251 independent villas of more than 50 different European and American classic styles, including a Forest Manor British style Club with the construction area of about 8000 m2. Carefully designed and planned by world renowned architects from USA, Canada, HK, etc., those independent villas have all full completed, and 95% have been sold. Currently the last ten classic manor villas are for sale and has become the focus of the high-end villa market.
The third block is the high-end garden house apartments of Forest Manor, covering 173 Mu (11.5 hectares). The fourth block is the 5-star hotel project of Forest Manor Project, which locates to the south of the Racquet Club, and covers an area of 30 Mu (2 hectares). The hotel is to be managed by renowned international hotel management group, and will provide extended service to community residents, forming an excellent advantage of three clubs (together with Forest Manor International Club and Shanghai Racquet Club) in the Forest Manor.
