2. Qualification of Applicants
2.1 Independent legal person of the People¡¯s Republic of China, holding the legal person¡¯s business license issued by the administration of industry and commerce, which has passed the annual verification.
2.2 Holding such qualification certificate compatible to this project as issued by the competent authorities of construction administration; and above level-2 qualification of professional fire-prevention construction.
2.3 Good financial status.
