1. Age of 35 years and above, 10 years’ work experience in this industry, (including working in real estate companies over 5 years) , major in civil engineering, electrical, decoration, materials and other related, college degree and above, intermediate grade;
2. Experience in material procurement, supply, design positioning of refined decoration,and the whole project construction management in real estate company,for more than 5 years;
3. With the basic operation of CAD software, proficient in office software;
4. Experienced five-star hotel and apartment projects with fine decoration and other related large-scale projects, acted as project manager or related;
5. Excellent capacity of comprehensive coordination, project organization and implementation;
6. With hard-working, professionalism under pressure, practical team leadership, organizational ability;
7. Good at projects with tight completion schedule, high quality acceptance criteria;
8. Having unique perspective in the optimal design, effective cost control and etc.;
9. Possessing good professional quality and ethics, stern working principle.
