1. Male, not more than 50 years old; about 175cm in height; junior college degree or above

2. At least five years experience on property security management; strong capability of organization and coordination and communication with the property owners;

3. English-language communication skills;

4. Retired veterans preferred; 

5. CPC member or secondary company grade veterans preferred;
