1. Above Bachelor degree of Architecture, senior architectural engineers, state first-class architect; familiar with relevant regulations and procedures in the industry;
2. Having served as head of the architectural professional technology or engineering for great projects in the institute, with working experience for more than 8 years; as positive (deputy) Chief Architect for more than 3 years in the real estate company, with the design and in Shanghai More than 10 million luxury residential development of four-star hotels and the performance; Experience in design and development of high-end residence with unit piece of more than RMB 100 thousand, four-star and above hotels in Shanghai;
3.Capable of putting forward professional and constructive suggestions for developing projects;
4. capable of dealing with related intergrated issues like design handling and coordination, construction, inspection process and etc. |
