1. Male/Female; not more than 40 years old; junior college degree or above; 2. At least three years experience on property customer manager; 3. Strong communication skills in English, CET-4 or above, fluent in English listening, speaking and writing; 4. Strong skills of planning and team work; good ability of coordination, organization and communication; capability of dealing with complaints of property owners independently; 5. Adaptability to handle pressure; 6. Familiar with customer service procedures; 7. Experience in high-end villa property management is preferred |
