3. With working experience on construction management of interior design or decorating project for 5 years and above;
4. Rich experience in decoration, design and construction for luxury residence and five-star hotel, and capable of solving complex and difficult technical problems;
5. Full charge of Shanghai's top residential decorated project and five-star hotel decorated project;
6. With comprehensive expertise techniques on decoration design and construction management;
7. Getting known with decorative materials and their market price, familiar with professional skills like construction process, construction plans, cost accounting and etc.;
8. With strong capablity of organization, communication and coordination;
9. Holding first-class Registered Architect is preferred.
