1. Major in industrial and civil building or civil engineering or related with undergraduate degree or above;
2. With project management experience for more than 8 years in large-scale real estate development companies or construction enterprises, including 5 years of relevant post experience;
3. High professional quality and comprehensive ability;
4. With rich professional knowledge and practical experience, strong skills of organization, coordination and communication; Good computer skills, proficiency in Office, AutoCAD and other softwares;
5. Above the title of engineer, having state first-class registered architect qualification (experiencing in construction management of hotel is preferred.)
