1. Bachelor degree or above, major in garden building, greening or relateds; 2. Experience in greening and landscape garden for more than 6 years, including 3 years’ experience in property management in social community; 3. Experience in landscape works in real estate development company or related construction management works, with good management and regulatory capacity; having rich professional theoretical and practical knowledge, skilled use of computers, fluent of Office, AutoCAD and other softwares; 4. Familiar with landscape materials and the plants in North and South areas; 5.
