1. Security System of the Community： Guards and Posts：Etiquette posts, gate posts, mobile posts, fixed posts, around-the-clock guarding. Technological Equipments： 1)Monitoring Centre (24-hour monitoring main intersections in the community, video recording saved for a week); 2)Electric fence (auto-alarming electric fence installed on top of the surrounding walls); 3)Networking between family security systems and monitoring centre by emergency alarm button, talkback, telecommunication, and auto alarm.  2. Community Virescence Management： The 73% greening rate and more than 50,000 m2 public green space has been planted with various tropical plants such as phoenix canariensis, phoenix sylvestris, Washington palm, etc. More than 5,000 camphors and maidenhair trees embrace the Manor tightly. The Virescence Dept. spares no effort to work on drug spraying, fertilization, mowing, trimming, etc. according to seasonal features and requirements, maintaining good condition and environment of the Manor with natural biodiversity and ecological vigor and vitality. 3. Maintenance of Water System and Waterscape： Our Engineering Dept. conducts 24-hour water treatment to maintain clear and good quality of the water in more than 50,000 meters artificial watercourse, where water is acquired and processed before poured back; the circulation of water process helps the artificial waterscape in more than 50,000 m2 water area in the community approach natural ecology gradually. 4. Community Sanitation： The main road and group paths of the community are swept on a daily basis, and washed regularly. The roads are always maintained clean to delight the pedestrians in the Manor when walking.  |
