Customer Service:Customer Service office offers 24×7 service of window reception, convenient service and beneficial measures (including hotline reception), and maintenance service of manor seneschal style. Free shuttle bus runs back and forth between the Manor and downtown areas according to schedule, and the clubhouse of more than 7000 m2 provides the owners with as many as 7 items of free service such as sauna, heated swimming pool, gym, etc.
2. Maintenance Service:The Engineering Division of the community arranges around-the-clock desk duty, and sends personnel to arrive on site in half an hour after receiving requests of maintenance. The division also tackles problems of household equipment, electric apparatus, etc. and maintains contact and tracking about the professional service to the owners in the community.
3. Paid Service and Special Service:Paid items include household sanitation, private gardening, lawn maintenance and etc; meanwhile, we offer car renting, food delivery, accompanying to see a doctor, and other service of specially appointment or for special needs.
